Commercial Team

Ralph Grove, Vice President, CFE, LEED AP Ralph Grove has been with CCA since 1994. An industry veteran, Ralph holds the prestigious Certified Flooring Executive designation from the World Floor Covering Association. He’s also a member of StarNet Commercial Flooring’s Advisory Council and has served as VP of the Maryland Floor Covering Association. Ralph is LEED AP-certified.

 

Sean Flannery, Senior Project Manager Sean Flannery is a flooring industry professional with more than 30 years of experience. For almost a decade, Sean’s career was focused on the installation of a variety of finishes on the decks of ships – from rubber flooring to ceramic tile and terrazzo. He has been a Project Manager with CCA for 11 years.

 

Stuart Stephenson, Senior Project Manager Stuart Stephenson has been in the flooring industry for 32 years and at CCA as a Senior Project Manager for the past eight. As a veteran in the industry, Stuart is a key player in the growth and success of the group.

 

Sean Keener, Project Manager Sean has spent five of his seven years in the flooring industry with CCA. The attention to detail he developed during his years studying economics and financial services serves him well as he works closely with end users to keep their projects on track.

 

Sue Hedges, Account Manager Sue Hedges has been in the flooring industry since 2002. As an Account Manager with CCA for the past six years, Sue works to provide excellent service to her clients – from selection of products to final installation.

 

David Taylor, Project Manager A flooring industry veteran for 18 years, David Taylor is a Commercial Project Manager for CCA.

 

Steve Ritt, Project Manager With a background as a commercial sales trainer and his 39 years in the flooring industry, Steve is well equipped with a great deal of knowledge and experience allowing him to serve a wide variety of clients.  Steve arrived at CCA in early 2012, bringing 7 years of residential and 32 years of commercial flooring experience to the table.

 

Kurtis Markham, Project Manager With more than 27 years of flooring industry experience, Kurtis Markham has been with CCA for 12 years. He uses his project management expertise to provide fresh, lasting flooring solutions to his clients.

 

Mike Dashner, Estimator/Project Manager Mike Dashner is an Estimator/Project Manager for CCA. He has been in the flooring industry for 36 years and with CCA for five.

  

Matt Strachan, Commercial Estimator With five years of flooring industry experience, Matt Strachan has been a Commercial Estimator at CCA for two years.

 

Robert Todd, Project Manager Robert joined the CCA family in 2006 as a Project Estimator. Promoted to Project Manager in September of that same year, Robert has 18 years of flooring experience from installation, estimating, and sales. He’s also LEED AP-certified by the Green Building Certification Institute in conjunction with the US Green Building Council. Robert’s portfolio ranges from 180 sf rooms to 634,000 sf multi-building projects. From the architect, to the general contractor, to the end user, to the owner, Robert strives to deliver a product that everyone involved can stand back and be proud of, both aesthetically and functionally.

 

Jennifer Hilley, Project Coordinator Jennifer has over 20 years of customer service experience, and she cares greatly for all her customers. A five year veteran at CCA, Jennifer brings 17 years of flooring knowledge to the team as a Project Coordinator.

 

Annette Rohbaugh, Project Coordinator Part of the CCA team for 14 years, Annette Rohbaugh has worked in many areas of CCA. Her recent move as a project coordinator for the commercial sales team has led her to work directly with Senior Project Manager, Sean Flannery. She also has extensive knowledge in billings and collections.

 

Ray Twitty, Project Coordinator Assisting project managers with administrative and sales support responsibilities, Ray Twitty brings customer service management and sales experience to CCA. He has been working in the flooring industry with CCA as a Project Manager for eight years.

 

Katie Keenen, Project Coordinator While new to the flooring industry, Katie’s strong background in customer service and her extensive computer software skills sets her apart from the rest. She began her career with CCA in February of 2011 and was quickly promoted to a Project Coordinator for the Commercial Group.

Service Team

 

Andrew Goshorn, Installation Service Manager, CFE With 30 years of floorcovering experience, Andrew Goshorn has spent the last 13 years as CCA’s Installation Service Manager. Andrew is also the current president of the Maryland & Northern Virginia Floor Covering Association and is actively involved in other trade associations such as FCICA, NWFA and CFI. He recently achieved the highest status conferred by the industry by becoming a Certified Flooring Executive (CFE).

 

Errick Roseboro, Installation Manager Errick began his career at CCA nearly 20 years ago as the XXX and quickly came up the ranks to land the position of Installation Manager. Five time nominee and two time winner of the Employee of the Year award at CCA, he has proven time and time again that he will do what’s necessary to make every customer happy.

 

Rita Baird, Senior Administrative Assistant Rita’s background is in administrative functions, customer service and payroll. She has been at CCA for 12 years, where she does installer payroll, certified payroll, security requirements, customer service, and various administrative tasks.

 

Charlie Harmon, Field Installation Supervisor As a Certified Flooring Inspector, Charlie is an expert in flooring failure analysts and an expert witness in flooring problems and failures He has been in the flooring business since 1986 and with CCA as a Field Installation Supervisor for the last 10 years.

 

Tom Peregoy, Field Installation Supervisor Tom Peregoy is a field Installation Supervisor with 46 years of experience in the carpet trade and oversees all of CCA’s crews. With a passion for the technical aspects of projects, Tom has been with CCA for 22 years covering two stints. running jobs as large as 27,000 yards, utilizing as many as 62 installers.

 

Bobby Still, Field Installation Supervisor Bobby Still has over 20 years in and around the flooring industry. As a field installation supervisor, Bobby’s role is to complete pre-inspections and post inspections on each flooring installation, both commercially and residentially. Bobby not only enjoys his position, but he feels that great customer service is one of the most important aspects of the job.
